By booking with Penida Snorkeling, guests agree to the following terms and conditions:

• A booking is confirmed after the required deposit or full payment has been received.
• Guests must provide accurate booking details, including name, contact number, travel date, number of participants, and selected package.
• Prices may vary depending on the package, number of guests, pickup location, and additional services requested.
• Cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling requests are subject to the booking policy and must be submitted before the activity date.
• Snorkeling trips, fast boat tickets, and island tours may be changed, delayed, or cancelled due to weather, sea conditions, harbor regulations, or safety concerns.
• Guests must arrive at the meeting point on time. Missed departures caused by late arrival are generally non-refundable.
• All participants must follow safety instructions from guides, drivers, and boat crews during the trip.
• Guests should inform our team in advance about medical conditions, limited swimming ability, or other special requirements.
• Children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or responsible adult.
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the activity and transportation service.
• Additional destinations, extended waiting time, or pickup outside the standard service area may require an extra charge.
• Penida Snorkeling is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by weather, traffic, harbor conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
